Elegant and serene, the pool area reflects a charm that’s perfect for couple shots during afternoon. Next to it there are also a beautiful stone stairs that are one of my place-to-go during mid day to afternoon shoots, as it is one of the only outdoor places with shadow.

Spring (April-May) brings blooming gardens, comfortable temperatures between 18-24°C, and more competitive pricing than peak summer months. The countryside surrounding the venue turns bright green, and wildflowers create natural decoration throughout the grounds. In this moment you have more chances to see the grass really green, as they haven’t hosted so many weddings yet.
June is one of the best months to get married here. Offers very warm weather perfect for using all outdoor spaces, particularly evening celebrations under the stars. While this is one of the most popular months, it can also come with higher temperatures (often 25-32°C), so afternoon ceremonies benefit from shaded areas or later start times.

*Bonus Tip: The farmer who works the field in front of El Molí de la Torre some years grows sunflowers, so if you host your wedding during July (even till mid August sometimes) chances are that you will see them in full bloom.
September also offers very warm weather but without the heat of the summer. Perfect for using all outdoor spaces, particularly evening, as the days this month start to shorten so you have sooner sunsets (20:30-21:00). The fields surrounding el Molí de la Torre are most likely going to be harvested, and the grass a bit worn out, so it’s not going to be as green as early in the season.
