Enforcement procedure

If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made, it has been denied, or the decision taken is not agreed upon, or the response does not meet the requirements provided for in article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. Likewise, a claim may be filed if a period of twenty business days has passed without receiving a response. The claim can be submitted by email, as well as through other options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
