Dalmare Studio — It is directed by Jordi Dalmau. Photographer, Creative Director, Editor and every other job title out there because Dalmare is pretty much a one-man job. Well, almost, because if you want to relive the magic of our wedding videos, my team is here to help.
I’m a designer at heart, drawn to clean lines, minimalism, and the kind of beauty in simplicity that often goes unnoticed. My background in graphic design shaped my vision, but it is the arts, architecture, and the quiet beauty of nature that truly inspire me.
Although I draw from many creative influences, it is the Costa Brava that keeps me grounded, where the waves set the pace, the light always feels perfect and nature keeps me inspired. It is where I recharge, reflect and find the balance between simplicity and depth, something that is naturally reflected in my work.
My style? Relaxed, natural and always in the moment. No rush, no stress, just a natural flow that allows the day to unfold as it should. Think of me as the calm in the whirlwind of the wedding day, capturing it all with calm energy and a great eye for aesthetics.

Natural Connection
I grew up on a small farm in the Empordà, where the sea was never far away and nature was part of everyday life. My days were spent running through open fields, listening to the wind in the pine trees and watching the waves change with the seasons.
That upbringing shaped the way I see the world: finding beauty in simplicity, balance in nature, and depth in the quiet moments that most people overlook. It is this perspective that I bring to my work, capturing weddings with an organic, natural feel that reflects the landscapes in which I grew up.

A Relaxed Presence
As I grew older, my connection to the sea deepened through my passion for surfing. That passion took me all over the world, living in places like Australia, New Zealand and France, always chasing waves, but also new experiences.
Along the way, I immersed myself in different cultures, met amazing people, and somehow learned English and French pretty well (mostly out of necessity; it turns out hand gestures only get you so far). But more than anything, all those trips made me adaptable, calm and open to everyone.

I know weddings can be overwhelming, which is why I make photography the easiest part of your day. My role goes beyond taking photos – I’m here to make sure you feel supported and completely at ease throughout the day. From helping with schedules to staying calm when emotions run high, I’ll be your guide, your cheerleader, and the person you don’t have to think twice about. At the end of it all, the stunning photos will be the cherry on top of an experience that felt perfect.

I read the Room
For me, the best skill a wedding photographer can have. Having lived and worked in so many places with different cultures and people, I have learned to adapt to almost anything. Lots of party energy? Hold the beer for me. A quiet and intimate atmosphere? I will fit in perfectly. No matter what happens, I adjust so that you feel comfortable and the moments are captured as they unfold. And yes, I can also speak English.
